Great long-term hold here. Strong FFO (Funds From Operations) growth, and the company is making some strong acquisitions to diversify its overall portfolio. This, in turn, should reduce regional concentration which will expose it to a wider variety of economies/regulations.

The company faced a pretty strong runup amidst the initial AI boom as it did have a lot of exposure to the data centers which will ultimately power that AI expansion. This caused a sharp spike and a subsequent drawdown. However, owning this one for the long-term one can kind of ignore this noise and just continue to accumulate shares.

Great utility, and a pretty strong quarter from them.
