Hey there. There is zero doubt the markets are expensive on a relative valuation basis. For me, I continually buy stocks on a dollar cost average basis which allows me to even out the ebbs and flows of the markets overall. Sometimes I will be buying stocks at 52 week highs but sometimes I will be buying them at 52 week lows.
If we are investing for the long-term, prices over the course of a year should be irrelevant to us unless valuations have simply gotten out of control. We are expensive yes, but I don't think we're in any sort of bubble condition expensive, so I do continue to buy, all while having a small cash position on the side to deploy into any abnormal price weakness.
