Hello Dan, you have already replied to a question about arbitrage involving the acquisition of Parkland by Sunoco on June 9th. Do you see this bet as less risky now compared to a couple of months ago?

By the looks of it, they will have majority shareholder vote to actually pass the deal. So I'd imagine the arbitrage at this point in time is regulatory issues.

Which, I wish I could give you an answer, but I'm not exactly an expert on the chances of regulatory bodies rejecting this deal. I just do not know. At this point, if you want to buy it, you're buying it based on regulatory approval.
