Hey there. We removed the stock from the Bull List a while back as the company was having a lot of issues with a major construction project and we were uneasy with the uncertainty. We felt the dividend could possibly be at risk so moved the stock off the Bull List and stated it was a firm hold.

It has recovered quite a bit, doubling off the lows.

Free cash flow is starting to improve, but the company's overall margins continue to be weighed down. I'd need to see a recovery of those before we'd consider it a re-addition to the Bull List.

A solid small-cap construction company with a well covered dividend at this point that is in a bit of a cyclical environment due to the economy.
