I just heard back from the CEO this morning - here is what he had to say in relation to Haven being disbanded.

Hi Mathieu,
Thanks for reaching out and apologies for my delay responding.
While we were not anticipating this week’s announcement from Haven we are not altogether surprised or disappointed. The writing was on the wall six months ago when the CEO and many other members of the executive team left and were never replaced.
Fortunately for Newtopia, our contract is with JPMC and we had the benefit of a complete 12 month trial cycle that wraps up at the end of of this month. We’ve delivered some of our best outcomes in this trial - in a COVID year - and now have the opportunity to present these results individually to the teams at JPMC, Berkshire and Amazon which was always the original plan. We do not anticipate any material impact to our business as a result of this announcement.
