I wouldn't be too worried about what your initial buy price is. Instead I'd just be worried about where the money is best placed moving forward.
When it comes to Algonquin, it seems like they've got their situation in order and the company is operating a little bit better now. I'm not super bullish at this point in time on the company over the long-term but over the short-term it is one of the cheaper utilities out there. If it can execute, there could be a bit of upside left here. But after that, I'd probably be looking to move on.
