AQN vs BEP

I know this has been asked before, but given this AMs drop in BEP, wondering and curious what your thoughts are on taking a position in AQN vs BEP. I currently hold both, but considering consolidating into BEP and liquidating my AQN position.

To be honest, I'd be comfortable owning both here.

AQN and BEP while competitors - they are to a point. BEP is going to be more volatile given it is a renewable energy pureplay. AQN is a regulated utility (think Fortis) + a renewable play. So it is a mix.

Not advocating for or against your proposed strategy. Just want to ensure you understand that BEP for AQN is not completely apples to apples.

As mentioned, I like them both. I might actually be looking at starting a position in BEP here - it is certainly oversold.
