Are there some suggestions on resources available as an intro to cryptocurrency?

Just wondering if there are some ideas as to how to get to know the topic of cryptocurrency (in a basic fashion) and ways to enter that world from an investing perspective? Videos, articles etc. The discord channel discussions are pretty much greek to me as an outsider to the topic so it would be nice to have a general level of knowledge. Thanks

Hey there....good question.

There are SOOO many resources out there. I'm only going to give you 1 suggestion because its one i have used and continue to use. It is called Decrypt and they also have a daily podcast i listen to. They have a section called "Learn" which gives you articles to read on many different subjects.

I'd start here. Go to the bottom, keep loading more till you get to their very first and just go from there. Lot's of reading, but if you want to learn, need to put in the time to understand it. LIke i said, so many resources but this one worked well for me and they are a reputable sources in the space.
