one of Canada’s relatively scarce growth or retail stocks with US expansion potential (I think?)
It’s back to its pre-covid level plus some
valuation to reward?
getting late?

HI there,

Aritizia is one we like and was actually on our Bull List for a while before we took it off after a big run up. We think it is an excellent retail company and as mentioned, has plenty of opportunity for expansion. That being said, the company is trading at all time high valuations on a P/B, P/S and forward earnings basis. For a retailer, it does look pretty expensive.

That being said, it is one of the few retailers expected to grow at a double-digit clip over the next few years. That is hard to find in this industry and it is establishing itself as a very popular brand. I'd say that the company is fairly valued and future gains will be dependent on its ability to execute. If it continues to perform well and post double digit growth, the stock has potential upside.
