When will the transaction be closed and how likely you can’t get $37 in cash with your shares (due to wither the deal can’t get through or too many shares asking for cash)?

The deal is expected to close in October.

Right now there are a bit of questions as to the allotment left for those who wish to take cash over shares. It looks like the company has planned to allow around a third of its total units outstanding to those who want a cash payout, and depending on the demand they stated they will release an update in September as to what they will do if there is an outsized demand for cash at $37.

Right now, we just need to wait until September to see the commentary on what the company is going to do and how popular the demand is for the cash payouts. It is a bit of a complex situation at this time.
