Hi Dan, I’m a newly joined member and I can’t find an introduction or a user manual for your website. There’re many links, however, I don’t know how to use them. If you can let me know where I can find a such video or text, it’d be very helpful. I’m especially interested in how to pick stocks from the foundational, dividend and growth stock lists.

Thanks.

Hey there. The Foundational Stocks are designed to build out the "core" of your investment portfolio. For me, I allocate anywhere from 4-6% towards the Foundational stocks, while smaller companies (and to a degree more speculative companies) from the dividend and growth bull lists make up smaller allocations towards my portfolio.

Obviously portfolio construction is completely dependent on the individual but if you head to the menu and view my portfolio, you will notice a trend. All my holdings that are high in allocation (north of 4-5%) are from the Foundational Stock list, while many of the other options in my portfolio that are smaller allocations are made up from our growth and dividend bull lists. You will also notice that the vast majority of my holdings are stocks directly featured here via the research reports and Foundational lists.
