Hey there. Give me a bit of insights into what you're looking to construct and I can help you out a bit. Primarily, asset allocation would be the main question I would have. Are you looking for all equity, 80/20 equity fixed income, 60/40 etc. Canadian/US/International exposure etc.

If you fill me in with some details I can provide some commentary.

60/40 equity fixed income. Right now I have about 80% if my portfolio in Canadian stocks. My portfolio is generating around 5-7% a year on average excluding dividends of around 15k a year. I would to pair down my stock holdings (30 stocks) and focus on fixed income, which I hope will allow me to enjoy my retirement years. I have been looking at some of the Harvest ETFs which appear to be performing well. Perhaps some of their funds could be a viable alternative.
