Canadian Banks

I’m looking to start a position in a bank but I’m torn between Royal bank and National Bank. I’m looking to hold this position for a very long time and I think they’re both equally protected from potential drawbacks due to covid.
Do you guys have an opinion on which one might perform better over the next couple of years?
