How do you turn off auto renew on your subscription?
Do you click the cancel button or will that also end your access to the site before your subscription ends?

Hi there. To cancel simply head to Account, Subscriptions, click cancel and follow through with the steps.

You will still have access until the subscription ends. Keep in mind however. that once the subscription is cancelled, we cannot recover any sort of grandfathered pricing rates, under any circumstances.
