Cloud MD (DOC-C) Is it an attractive buy now at all time lows?

It's not something that I'd be chasing. Leaving aside valuations across the board have dropped drastically, CloudMD ended up doing multiple shifts in strategy, selling assets, etc as it over stretched themselves. In a bull market, microcaps can get away with that type of activity, but when the bear hits if they aren't prepared it can have devastating circumstances. This is one company that has not adapted well to a new reality. I've owned DOC - still own it unfortunately - but am just leaving it unless something drastically changes. I'm just lucky I took profits in the bull.

If you look at a company like WELL, which has been far more successful operationally and that stock still can't catch any lengthy positive momentum, a company like CloudMD isn't likely to fare any better. At this point - it would not be a company I'd be interested in buying again. Too many question marks, and management just hasn't been able to execute.
