Compare different REITs

I have positions in ITI120 Capital Direct Income Trust and looking at similar product called CMI MIC Funds.
Is anyone familiar with both and how do they compare.

Hi there. These are not products I'm going to be an expert in particularly. However, they are very similar products from what it looks like. You're essentially investing in a pool of mortgages, and I guess it would be an alternative to investing in a REIT as really, the only thing you're exposed to is the interest made off of the mortgages. With a REIT, you're also exposed to property values.
