The company likely dipped due to tempered guidance, along with the fact it is currently undergoing a lot of management uncertainty. During these types of market conditions, investors hate uncertainty.

CTS currently has some large scale upside potential, and valuations are quite cheap. However, there is also a lot of unknowns here.

The company's share price is very volatile. In fact, it has whipsawed from $3.50 to $2.60 back to $3.50 and now down to the $3 range all in a matter of 2-3 days.

The dip also likely correlates to a downgrade to market perform and a reduction in price target by BMO. These small cap companies are often more impacted by price target upgrades/downgrades than larger companies.
