Dan :Can I expect CBIL.TO to reset back to $50 area following distribution at the end of each month similar to Cash.to? I am wondering when is the best time to enter cbil.to into a TFSA ? I am curious because it didn’t correct back at the end of April

I'm not sure of when this fund will issue its distribution. It hasn't yet as it hasn't even been around for 30 days.

Keep in mind, it doesn't matter when you enter. You will pay more for the fund buying it midway through the month, however you will still collect the distribution for the remaining 15 days, and then the premium you paid in terms of price is paid back to you via the distribution.
