Dialogue Health – CARE.TO

Hey guys,

What are your thoughts on Care.To right now?
I loaded up pretty heavy when it was at $9.50 and then even more so when it was at $9.00 (Trying to buy the Dip’s)
I know it was added to the Bull List back in August and I feel like it is Undervalued, yet the market seems to be pulling it back down to the levels of Doc and Well

Do you think it’s just a matter of time till it breaks through this (Annoying magnetic) pull to DOC and Well?
Are the fundamentals still on point and the market just hasn’t noticed ?

If it's any assurance, I took a position in CARE yesterday.

And also, keep in mind we want to be judging companies on a valuation basis, not a stock price basis. Two companies with identical share prices can have very different values market capitalization wise.

If we look to the chart I've attached, Dialogue in terms of Enterprise Value to Sales is trading at a very steep discount to what we would view as its main comparables being TDOC and WELL. In fact, this undervaluation is what caused us to add it to the Bull List.

The market just isn't hot on virtual health stocks right now. But, we're still very bullish on the industry. It wasn't too long ago (I believe 3-4 weeks ago) that analysts were placing $14-17 price targets on Dialogue.

As mentioned, I bought this one yesterday for a VERY long term hold. Industry is very young. I couldn't care less if the stock price went to $15 or $5 in the short term.
