Hi there,
Yes we are fans of both companies. In fact, we have them both on our watchlist.
DND's recent performance has been astounding. However, the company is now in overbought territory with a 14-day RSI of 83. The 14-day RSI is one of our favourtie momentum indicators. An RSI over 70 indicates that the company is in overbought territory and may be due for a short-term pullback. An RSI under 30 signals the stock is oversold and may be due for a short-term bounce.
We do like the company long-term and have been quite impressed with its performance since its IPO. It superseded our expectations. In the short-term, I believe investors will see another buying opportunity. I am also waiting for its first quarterly results as a public company. Expect volatility with this stock (Of note, I am long DND)
As for AND, it is operating in the right industry as it provides logistics and transportation solutions to the health care industry. It has plenty of opportunity for growth and took off recently. Unfortunately, the company posted disappointing quarterly results in which revenue dropped by 1.9% - not what investors wanted to see out of a high-growth company.
That being said, it still has lots of potential and one worth a look at as it consolidates in the $40 range.
