DND variance of stats

DND on your growth screener shows a price of $52.63 and a 1 Yr target of 43.63 and, a RSI of 81 which should scare me away. However when I look at the Refinitiv research doc (bank) and the market, I get a price of $45, a 1Yr target of $70. Why the discrepancy? What is your refresh rate of the Screeners? DND is on your Watch list at the current price ($45) but a lower 1yr target (similar to morningstar FairValue).

Hi there,

The screeners are refreshed every weekend. So last Friday, the stock closed at 52.63 and the analysts one-year rating is based on Zack's estimates as of that time. It is possible that the one-year target gets refreshed this weekend - they tend to move whenever analysts update their ratings.

There will be discrepancies between Zacks and Refinitiv at times in terms of analysts estimates. I've seen this a couple of times before but it is rare for them to be this far apart but it does happen.

Important to remember that those screeners are updated once a week and are reflective of last Friday's information.
