Although the dividend yield has yet to be announced, there is many discussions around Can SOBO cover the dividend?
Secondly, do you anticipate the stock value to increase?

Over the long-term I expect this to be a high-yielding, slower growing play. I wouldn't expect a high level of outsized growth from this one over the long-term. However, there will likely be a bit of volatility price wise initially while the market even figures out what they want to pay for the company. We've witnessed that already.

In terms of dividend coverage, I would hope that TC Energy would have figured out the dividend payments to the point where the dividend is supported. However, without a string of financial results, I can't really speak on the dividend on dividend coverage.

With the yield it's going to have, I expect a ton of the distributable cash flows will be paid back to investors and for this reason I believe it will remain a slower growing, high yielding play.
