Hi guys. I own WELL and was going to top it up today, until I saw shares were issued at a paltry $3.7something. After participating in some swear time, I thought I would write in and ask, ” Are WELL shares worth only $3.7something OR were the folks at WELL forced to sell them at market instead of cost to get their hands on quickly needed cash?” Either situation would be a bad, wouldn’t it? I was under the impression WELL was quite undervalued. Also, didn’t the CEO expect WELL to be into positive earnings this quarter, or was it by the end of 2022? If any of the things I have written are true, wouldn’t that be a thesis change on value? Why would one keep it at this point if the value is in the can? Thanks!
