Do you recommend Dream Industrial REIT for a long term buy, with the goal being total return in a registered account?

Hey there,

Dream Industrial is an excellent REIT to own. The only reason why we have Granite on our list is because it does fare a little better in terms of financial situation and it is a Canadian Dividend Aristocrat with an 11-year dividend growth streak. (Dream has no dividend growth). That being said, both are considered best-in-class REIT Industrials and I'd have no problem holding Dream for the long-term.
