Really curios on your take regarding a new ETF Tom Lee released yesterday. It would be greatly appreciated.

Actively managed funds with new strategies are virtually impossible to comment much on until I see some historical performance.

Essentially, the fund aims to take a bunch of themes (seasonal, AI, falling rates, Millennial demographic exposure etc) and if a stock hits two of those themes, it will be considered for addition to the portfolio.

Only difficulty here is none of these themes have ever been historically linked to strong performance from the market over the long-term.

The one thing I will say, however, is that 95% (and this is not an exaggeration) of actively managed funds like this end up underperforming the S&P 500 over the long term.

With a year or two of performance behind this fund, I may be able to comment. But for now, there's just not much I can say really outside of the fact he's taking a thematic approach to selecting stocks based on factors he believes (he believes, not any factors that have actually been proven to drive strong results) will lead to outperformance.
