I am 68 going to retire this year, I do have XDIV in my TFSA do I just add to that?
Or can you recommend a different fund.

Difficult for me to highlight a single ETF for a TFSA without knowing your overall portfolio makeup.
However, there is certainly nothing wrong with XDIV. It is a solid fund here in Canada that tracks the blue-chip dividend payers. Volatility should be lower, yields higher, and it has in general done a good job at tracking the overall returns of the TSX Index.
