Hey there. It's primarily just voting class. GOOG has no voting rights while GOOGL does.

Sometimes GOOGL trades at a small premium to its voting rights. My miniscule amount of shares account for nothing anyways in the grand scheme of things, so I save the little bit and buy GOOG.
