Hi Guys, Wondering what your comments are on Home Capital? There has been an offer by Smith Financial to acquire the shares at $44/share ( and I think the offer has been approved by the Ontario Court) yet it is currently trading below $42. Wondering what you thoughts are on the disconnect in current price? And what you think of the company? Thanks
