HI there - I should make note that these are pre-arranged sales. In the summer, Jason Smith (CEO) disclosed we was planning on selling a certain position of real through regular intervals and a philantrophic gesture. See the news release here:

https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20200602005278/en/Real-Matters-CEO-Establishes-Automatic-Securities-Disposition-Plan-and-Announces-Intention-to-Complete-Donation-Pledges-to-Holland-Bloorview-and-Sunnybrook-Hospital

So you will expect to this over the course of the next year. It does impact float, but is not a reflection of the health of the company.

No worries! This is a great resource for insider trading. I have this page bookmarked, and I just change the ticker in the URL.

The insider selling is consistent enough that it just seems he's selling for capital to use.

If we look at the selling, at least according to marketbeat, he's been selling in 3000 share increments since early September.

Keep in mind, he owns just over 3.8 million shares. So one sell off accounts for 0.078% of his total REAL holdings.

Nothing to worry about here in my opinion.
