Absolutely no issues with holding the same stock in three places. What is important is that your exposure to CTC.A is considered in the context of the entire portfolio (all accounts). So if you are over exposed to CTC because all three positions add up to more than you are comfrotable holding, then yes - makes sense to rotate into something else.
If however, you are comfortable with the total amount held, then there is no need to sell simply because you have it in three different accounts.
