Looks like in total they issued 12.7M shares and based on current shares outstanding of 63.68M, they increase the float by around 20%. Keep in mind it is increasing EBITDA by ~70% and revenue by ~90%.

Hi there,

The deal is finance through cash, debt and an equity offering that it announced in early February. The offering was over subscribed and upped due to strong demand. It is important to note, that deal is still expected to be immediately accretive to free cash flow per share post closing of the transaction.
