HSAV -Has the premium changed for HSAV? Do you still recommend vs. GICs for taxable funds?

Hi Dan. Is there a difference in benefit in using this etf long-term vs short-term?

I do still prefer the fund to something like a GIC. It is completely liquid and also contributes capital gains, not interest income.

Whenever I have excess capital available to me I'm looking to hold off on investing, it goes into HSAV.
