Indications on when to sell

I’m a new member and not sure how to use the membership to manage an existing portfolio so bear with me. My perception is that the bull lists are good for new money but what if I’m in maintenance mode? Every investor is obviously different but it would be helpful to know more about positions that have done too well or where you are getting nervous about a dividend cut for example. I guess I’d like some colour coded rating on current recommendations that have run up too far or dividends start to look shaky.

Hey there. You definitely will get this.

For instance, we shifted Lightspeed from Bullish to Neutral status after its recent massive run up. On every Bull List stock, dividend or growth, you'll see 3 ratings. Bullish, Bearish, and Neutral. Those are our "color coded ratings" I guess you could say. Stocks shift to Neutral when we plan to remove them from the list, or they've gone up in price significantly. For a stock to go Bearish, a significant material change would need to occur. The only instance where we have ever had to shift a stock to Bearish is our oil and gas highlights during the pandemic. And, you'd be getting an e-mail right away.

If a dividend was getting speculative on our Dividend Bull List, you'd know about it.

As a new member, you likely haven't witnessed the amount of e-mail communication you receive from us yet. We keep you in the loop whenever we can. And all of our Bull List reports are updated every single quarter.
