Hey there. When you pause your subscription, it allows you to hold any legacy pricing on your subscription if you plan to come back one day.
For example, if you have an older plan that is less and you cancel, when you come back the price will be larger. So, some pause their membership instead.
Your membership, if any is still left, still runs down as a membership is paused. The only use for it is to save that older pricing.
