Hey Benoit,
As a high growth, small cap & speculative company - LEV has lost 70% of its value over the past year. While this may be a tough look for the company, it is important to note that it is not unique to LEV and not necessarily a reflection of their performance. In this environment of rising rates, many small caps have been hammered, so too have high growth and speculative assets. So LEV's performance is mainly a result of the macro environment which has caused the markets to sour on these types of companies.
That said, LEV seems to be performing fairly well (from an operational standpoint). Despite supply chain headwinds, it is still growing revenue at a rapid pace. Another interesting data point are the company's book order. Unfortunately, book orders have dropped over the course of the year. In Q1 of Fiscal 2022, the company had Vehicle order book of 2,422 all-electric medium- and heavy-duty urban vehicles (286 trucks and 2,136 buses - total order value of approximately $600 million) and an order book of 241 charging stations and related services (total order value of approximately $3 million). As of last update, the company had a Vehicle order book of 2,357 all-electric medium- and heavy-duty urban vehicles as of August 4, 2022, (286 trucks and 2,071 buses - total order value of approximately $575) and order book of 226 charging stations and related services (total order value of approximately $3.0 million.)
Naturally, as the company increases deliveries the orderbook is likely to drop, but keep an eye on this as eventually, we'd like to see this increase YoY as it is a good barometer of demand and future revenue potential. Overall, I still like the company and one of my preferred EV companies..
In terms of production targets...I don't see any actual production targets. I do see mention of increasing production capacity which from what I can tell, they seem to be on target with. However, I'm not sure they release actual production targets. I'd keep an eye on the progress of their capacity builds (which seems to be going well), delivers and order book.
