Is BA getting the USA fighter jet contract going to be a major headwind? Or a drop in the bucket considering their backlog.

It is definitely a notable contract loss. Nothing material, but frustrating nonetheless.

Even more frustrating just because of the entire situation Boeing is going through. They are a nightmare from a PR standpoint in terms of commercial flights and are well known to blow through budgets and timelines.

It is a puzzling situation. The government deems the Boeing offer the "best value" for the US Government, but I have little doubt Lockheed would likely produce a better product.

I still continue to hold Lockheed, expecting further volatility depending on the actions of Trump, which are anything but predictable.

Classic get what you pay for scenario. I would have thought the switching costs would have been much too high. But like you say the man in charge is unpredictable. Thanks for taking the time to answer my question!
