Looking for Artificial Intelligence ETFs with low MER

I work in tech, and am looking for Canadian AI ETF(s) that cover all the main players and some of the up and coming smaller ones!
I use TD for my investment platform.

That's pretty difficult. We don't have a lot of major AI ETFs here. However, there are a couple offered by Horizons. They have their Robotics and AI ETF which trades under the ticker RBOT, and they have their Hardware and Data ETF which trades under the ticker HBGD.

They're both very small ETFs with assets under management of less than $40M. As a result, they both have some pretty hefty fees. 0.6%+ which is pretty high for an ETF.

Emerge used to have one, but with the troubles they're in all their funds are going to be wound down.
