There is really no difference where you buy them. If you buy them on the NEO exchange, you get to buy them in CAD and if you buy them on the US exchange, you are buying in USD. Since there is no yield associated with them, it really doesn't matter where you buy. Of note, there is the issue of currency conversion and the strength of the CAD vs USD as factors.
