New IPO – International Clean Power Fund

Would appreciate your thoughts on this fund which I have an opportunity to buy through Scotia Itrade New Issues for $10/share. It seems to be focused primary on Wind/Solar and international locations. I tried to attach the prospectus but your system is only allowing jpeg or .png files which are images. This is a PDF. Hi Jacob,

This looks like a mutual fund - not an ETF and it has management fees of 1.25% plus looks like other fees that are not yet determined. It looks to pay a yield of around 5% and there are minimum requirements at 100 units.

To be honest, not a big fan of this type of active mutual fund. I don't know the fund managers enough to really know their track record of success. It has a list of potential holdings, but not clear what it will look like. Probably wont' know until the final prospectus is released.
