So long as the company remains on our list, we would be comfortable taking a position in the company. Parkland has had an excellent month as it jumped by 12% over the past 30 days. In our opinion, it still has plenty of room for upside considering it remains undervalue - trading at a cheap 12 times forward earnings and below historical averages.
