Hi I can’t find PLC.TO on the dividend screener and i’m not sure why: is it me or did it get left out for some reason? I like the fact that the company scores a 4 on the growth screener but i was hoping to get the details on the dividend front too. For that matter, i wouldn’t mind a full report on it if you have time for that too. Thanks! Dominique.

Hi everyone, I have reviewed our recent report on PLC and to be frank, not much has changed. Outside of valuation numbers, the investment thesis, risks and so forth remain consistent with our report. Likewise, the company has not released a new set of quarterly earnings. The only recent activity has been the announcement that it is acquiring another 14 properties in the Nashville, TN area. The acquisitions will be immediately accretive to EBITDA by approximately $5.8 million annually. It is steady as she goes for Park Lawn. Once they report next quarterly earnings, we can update the report with more relevant information. As for now, it is steady it goes for PLC. We'll get PLC added to the dividend screener for this Sundays release. Also, I'll work on updating the report on Park Lawn.
