Problems with Questrade

Is anyone else having difficulties lately with Questrade. 7 years I have been very pleased but over the last 6 months their platform has changed and become more confusing to use, customer service has become almost non existant, and I am seriously considering moving my portfolio which I don’t want to do. Any thoughts? Thanks,

I am having the same problem. I have been with QT eight years. They were fine for five years. Over the last three years, getting money out of my RESP has been a complete nightmare. They have been totally inept. Agents on the phone have no idea what they are doing. Not sure who is any better though.

Thanks Lorne. Glad to know that I am not the only one who feels that Questrade has changed for the worse.

I can't really answer this all that well as I ended up moving away from Questrade in the early stages of the pandemic.
