Reit’s Going Forward

I thought you may have overlooked this question so I decided to post it again:
I just looked up the top ten constituent REITs of MREL and RIT and none of them look very nice right now, with the exception of CSH.UN (Chartwell). The previous rate cuts helped initially, but the REIT share prices have mostly dropped off since peaking in September/October. What do you think or REITs in general and CSH in particular going forward? I have positions in all three.

Chartwell is a company I wouldn't touch solely on the basis I don't really like the business model much at all. It just kind of turns me away that it's a for-profit business centered around catering to comfortable living for seniors etc.

In terms of overall REITs, I'm not particularly bullish on the entire REIT scene here in Canada which is why I do isolate myself to a single REIT, that being Granite (TSE:GRT.UN) which is an industrial player. I own it on the back of expanding infrastructure in that regard moving forward.
