I just looked up the top ten constituent REITs of MREL and RIT and none of them look very nice right now, with the exception of CSH.UN (Chartwell). The previous rate cuts helped initially, but the REIT share prices have mostly dropped off since peaking in September/October. What do you think or REITs in general and CSH in particular going forward?
