Retirment Portfolio?

We don't really have a model portfolio when it comes to retirement.

One of the main reasons for this is simply the vast amount of options and strategies investors need to utilize during retirement.

For example, someone utilizing OAS,CPP, and other pensions will need to construct their portfolio differently than someone who doesn't have these benefits.

In addition to this, currency makeup is a huge thing when it comes to retirement portfolios as well. A prime example of this would be a Canadian snowbird that spends half their time in the United States versus someone who relies solely on the CAD to fund their retirement.

It is unfortunately too complex to ever create a model that wouldn't be extremely misleading for a particular segment of investors, so we opted out of doing so.
