Savaria

Could you share a little more of your thought process behind selling Savaria instead of using your cash stash to purchase Franco-Nevada? If you had a greater percentage of your holdings, say 10%, in cash would you have used some of it instead to make the FN purchase?

Was solely due to an allocation decision. I wanted exposure to gold via Franco but I did not want to add another position to the portfolio.

The sale of Savaria was solely due to the fact the company could face some headwinds over the short-term here due to tariffs. They have a lot of metal input costs. Great company, I just feel the need to get some sort of exposure to gold and I feel Foundational Stock Franco Nevada is the best way to do that. I just did not want to add another equity into the portfolio without removing one. My Savaria position was quite small, and if we include the headwinds, I felt it was the best decision.
