Just learning to use screener/comparing tool. Info such as target price, growth and dividend scores are very helpful. Will the same info be available on REITs?

Hey there. We actually have all of the data on REITs yes. If you go to the comparison tool and select a REIT (For example, GRT.UN) it will bring you up REIT metrics that we individually pull from their quarterly reports.

If you go to the top right of the screening portion under "Download" and select "CAN REITs" you will be able to download our entire data set on REITs. It will give you debt metrics, price to FFO, dividend growth, revenue and earnings expected growth etc.
