I know you’ve reviewed some of these in the past but time for an update, how likely do you think these stocks will start growing again within next 12 months?
– SU (Suncor)
– CUF.UN (Cominar Real Est Invt)
– IIP.UN (Interrent REIT)
– FNV (Franco-Nevada)

I imagine by "see" these stocks you mean "sell" these stocks?

2 of these stocks are facing some negative sentiment in their respective industries being Franco Nevada (gold) and Suncor (oil).

And then you have a commercial/retail/industrial REIT in Cominar, which has no doubt had its commercial and retail segment impacted significantly by the pandemic. We can see that FFO (funds from operations) has dipped from $0.28 to $0.25 year over year, and if we look to the company's most recently quarterly filing, the numbers do not look great when it comes to revenue in any of its segments. This is partially why the company is remaining at depressed price levels.

We like the long term prospects of Franco Nevada. I am a current shareholder but not a fan of Suncor, I just understand it's pretty beat up right now and I think it does have room to recover. But once it does, I plan on selling.
