See attached a Ycharts report on Spin Master.
The company itself is faring quite well during this bear market, especially when one considers the rout in growth stocks. Expectations are for strong double-digit growth in Fiscal 2022 but then slowing growth in 2023 - likely why their valuations at 13 times forward earnings seems fairly cheap. Slowing growth is something to watch given that they are a consumer cyclical, that will be impacted if we head into a recession - which is looking more likely by the day. Disposable income is already shrinking giving the higher interest rates and you'd like see a pullback on discretionary spending like the products the toys/games that Spin Master provides.
That being said, it is not super expensive here and as mentioned has held up quite well. Considering decent valuations, it is probably why it has held up better than most. Good company but could be facing some headwinds to close out the year and heading into 2023.
