It's the second half of the article. In terms of gold, I hold it at all times in the form of a producer in Kirkland Lake. I also hold some cryptocurrency as somewhat of an "unproven" hedge. But realistically, the companies that will hold up the best are the ones that have the 3 key factors I explained above, and I explain them much more in depth in the article.
